SHIPPING

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship across the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $40 unless expedited or overnight.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Please note: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. KINDIA Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hi@kindiabeauty.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KINDIA Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the issue is unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Policy

We want you to love your KINDIA products. Due to the nature of skincare and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at hi@kindiabeauty.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
3. If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

• Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
• Shop Pay: 5–10 business days
• Afterpay: Refunds are returned to your Afterpay account and applied to your outstanding balance. If you have already paid off your balance, Afterpay will refund the amount to your linked payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days. For questions about your Afterpay refund, contact Afterpay support directly.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
