what are my shipping and delivery options? 

We charge a flat fee of $5 each on all domestic orders under $40.

We offer free Free shipping for domestic US orders over $40.

Shipments typically go out the next day if orders are placed before 2PM PT.

Shipping usually takes 3-4 business days.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

how is my subscription fulfilled?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on the day selected in your account settings, monthly. 

do you deliver internationally? 

We offer worldwide shipping and fee's on international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. what happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Thank you for your purchase. Your satisfaction with our product is a top priority for us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange.

what is your return policy and process?

To return an item, please email customer service at and include your order number.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging.

can i cancel an order right after i’ve placed it?

Orders are processed quite quickly and can be challenging to cancel them in time.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

when can i expect to receive a refund?

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
