1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

All prices are listed in USD. Sales tax will be applied where required by law. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. 6. RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your KINDIA products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hi@kindiabeauty.com. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective. We will review each request individually and work to make it right. 7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without written permission
  • Use the Site to harass, defraud, or harm any person
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
  • Use the Site to compete with KINDIA or for unauthorized commercial purposes

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

8. USER REVIEWS & SUBMISSIONS

We welcome honest reviews. When submitting a review, you agree that it is based on genuine firsthand experience and does not contain offensive, discriminatory, or false content. We reserve the right to remove reviews at our discretion.

Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you submit to us become the sole property of KINDIA. We may use them freely without compensation or acknowledgment.

These Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Informal Negotiation: Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hi@kindiabeauty.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles, California. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes, privacy violations, or theft without first pursuing arbitration.

15. DISCLAIMER

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINDIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
